We offer a delivery and pick-up service for all of our rental equipment. Pricing is based on, the distance from our warehouse, access to the delivery location (e.g., A freight elevator versus a stairwell), the size of the order being delivered, and number of vehicles required.
When you place your order, please discuss all possible scenarios to our associates and we can give you a better picture of the costs involved.
Deliveries are made:
Monday - Friday 8am - 5 pm.
Saturdays - 8am - 12 pm.
If you require Delivery or Pick Up before or after store hours, or on a Sunday, an additional fee will be added on top of the regular fee.

$35 - Tri-Cities, Pitt Meadows
$45 – Burnaby, New Westminster, Maple Ridge, Surrey
$55 – Vancouver, Richmond, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Langley
Drop-off & Pick-Up
Delivery rates are based on a door-to-door service and the assumption that there is easy access for wheeled carts. Please inform us when ordering if there are stairs, slopes, or any other impediments to the access.
At drop-off, we will neatly stack items in a mutually agreed upon convenient location.
At pick-up, all rentals should be neatly stacked, with tables & chairs properly disassembled, otherwise additional charges will apply.
Usual pick-up is in the AM or early afternoon the following day, although special needs are given special consideration. Same day pick-up is allowed for spaces where nothing can be left overnight, or two days is allowed where there is no access or custodian available. For example, on a Sunday where the event took place on the day prior (Saturday), additional charges may apply.
All items must be assembled in a single location as specified and ready for pick-up.
All china, silverware, utensils, etc., should be rinsed, free of food, and re-packed in the same containers as delivered.
Linens should be returned dry and free of waste. Do not roll up or place wet linens in any bag – mildew will result.
Tables and chairs must be taken down and stacked and be ready for pick up.
Customers who choose to do their own pick-up and delivery are responsible for any damage that may occur during transportation of your rental items e.g., chips or cracks to glassware or dinnerware.
